Creighton University School of Medicine (Omaha) Program
About This Program
Creighton University's surgery program, rooted in Jesuit values and "cura personalis", trains residents as skilled, compassionate surgeons. Multi-site rotations offer diverse case exposure, with chief residents completing 1,200-1,400 cases. Residents are encouraged to be involved in research including publications and presentations. A Research Fellowship following the PGY3 year is available for those seeking deeper academic involvement.
