Direct access to faculty to develop strong mentoring relationships. 100% fellowship acceptance. No competing surgical fellows. Outside rotations in burn, pediatrics, transplant and shock trauma. ACLS/BLS/ATLS/ATOM Courses provided. Board review course support. Fundamentals of Surgical Curriculum for new Interns. FLS/FES prep. Surgical Sim lab, monthly Journal club. Full Columbia Library Access. Research Department, annual research day. Elective 4th year rotations.
