Mentoring and adequate time for scholarly activities and research, self-initiated or joining an ongoing project, clinical/translational/public health. Can take research or other courses offered by School of Public Health or Graduate Studies. Training in psychotherapy of the medically ill, including hypnotherapy and group therapy. Mentoring in advocacy and professional organizational involvement and leadership.
