Overview

The UR Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship trains psychiatrists to honor aging older adults with dignity and respect. Our graduates are poised to care for patients with compassion and skill. Formal Geriatric Forensic Psychiatry training is an option as a 2nd year. Fellows will experience multidisciplinary teamwork in unique clinical settings including the Memory Care Program and Capacity Clinic. Didactics are combined with the UR Geriatric Medicine Fellowship.
