Fellows learn in conjunction with Ohio's only maximum security forensic hospital, Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare, and at Nationwide Children's Hospital. In both jail and hospital settings, fellows aid in the evaluation of defendants' competency and sanity at the time of the act. Expect to provide inpatient and outpatient treatment for those in the maximum security forensic unit, and outpatient treatment for mentally ill offenders who have worked their way through the hospital system.
