About This Program

We are a program embedded in the community addressing the need for addiction medicine care in Winnebago County. Our program is adaptable to the goals and skills of our fellow. We offer fellows opportunities to work in an FQHC substance use clinic, inpatient addiction medicine consult service, residential treatment program, carceral medicine, street medicine, and an opioid treatment program (methadone clinic).
