Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center Program
About This Program
Our 4-year combined military-civilian psychiatry residency trains 7 residents per year (4 civilian, 3 military) across Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center and Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune. Residents rotate together at both sites, gaining exposure to diverse patient populations and care systems. The program fosters collaboration, shared learning, and strong mentorship in a mission-driven environment that prepares graduates for a wide range of career paths.
