We are a smaller program with an apprenticeship model and a family feel. We emphasize early and often exposure to plastic surgery clinical training, with residents spending only 6 months off service in each of the first two years and only 3 months off service in the third year. Research dedicated time occurs in the fourth year. We expect to produce confident plastic surgeons competent to practice the full spectrum of our specialty independently after residency.
