Overview

All employees have immediate access to SupportLinc, our employee assistance program. In addition, residents and fellows receive $500 annual well-being benefit to use towards personal wellness. Access to UW Health fitness facilities at no cost and/or a reduced rate for the entirety of training. Full time residents can take up to six (6) weeks of paid parental leave following new child(ren) by birth, adoption, fostering, or legal guardianship. Program pays for AAP, AAPMR, AANEM membrsips.
