Comprehensive care for hospitalized children on the general inpatient wards and newborn nursery - Exposure to high-acuity patients in the intermediate care unit and those with complex, chronic medical conditions - Experience in co-managing patients with multiple subspecialty teams as well as surgical patients (Level I Trauma Center) and those in the Pediatric Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit - Individualized and flexible fellow schedules to allow for optimal learning and work-life balance -
