About This Program
We offer 1:1 mentorship with faculty with national expertise in the field of PHM and in all "health systems and scholarship" areas of PHM including: advocacy, patient safety, improvement science, clinical research and educational scholarship. We have also developed robust regional and national collaborations with other PHM fellowships for shared learning and scholarly "check ins". WFUSOM offers grant and internal funding for fellows to complete a masters of science, if desired.
