Night call system allowing on service fellows to provide pager-free time off starting at 7pm, 16-18 weeks of inpatient service year 1, 8-10 weeks of inpatient service years 2-3, opportunities to do coursework (heavily subsidized) at Univ of Washington to obtain certificate in maternal and child health or MPH, outreach clinical opportunities to Alaska and other areas of the pacific northwest, robust bronchoscopy training including simulation, many didactic and interactive teaching sessions
