Offer point of care ultrasound (POCUS), Targeted neonatal echocardiography (TNE), Moonlighting in level 2 NICU at our partner community hospitals, Opportunity to attend physician leadership course, Broad choice of elective rotations. Air transport experience, strong simulation program, QI initiatives, research collaboration with Vermont Oxford, BPD collaborative and association of children's hospitals & working with multidisciplinary teams.
