Overview

As one of the top NICUs in the U.S., you will encounter babies with conditions ranging from prematurity and complex heart disease to congenital and surgical issues. Time is split between a busy delivery hospital, with a Level III, 74-bed NICU, and Phoenix Children's (PC), a Level IV, 49-bed referral NICU. We offer exposure to, and the ability to master, the management of ECMO patients along with vast research options through the PC Research Institute at the Univ. of Arizona COM-Phx campus.
