Overview

All employees have immediate access to SupportLinc, our employee assistance program. In addition, residents and fellows receive $500 annual well-being benefit to use towards personal wellness. We offer a $75 one-time membership to UWH fitness facilities for the entirety of their training program. Full-time residents can take up to six (6) weeks of paid parental leave following new child(ren) by birth, adoption, fostering, or legal guardianship.
