we treat fellowship as a faculty development program and support fellows to support their niche or areas of interest in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. We will change schedules, find support for anything that is for your further enrichment as a professional in pediatric emergency medicine. We feel that by providing dedicated mentorship and emphasizing the career development aspect of fellowship, fellows leave with very robust CVs and are some of the most competitive applicants in the job market.
