We are made up a 44 bed medical-surgical ICU + 24 bed cardiac ICU, where we provide care for all critically ill/injured children admitted to the ICU. We are a high-volume quaternary medical center with >2000 admissions/year. A personalized scholarship oversight committee assists you in creating and completing a basic science/clinical or educational focused scholarly project. A scheduled educational curriculum provides the medical knowledge and skills needed to become a competent intensivist.
