Overview

We are the regional Level 1 pediatric trauma center and our Children's Heart Group is one of 11 programs in the US with a maximum 3-star STS rating. We have a separate Intermediate Care Unit, which cares for less acute patients often cared for in other PICUs and allows the division to expand clinical services for up to 24 patients. We participate in multicenter clinical, quality & educational studies via collaboration with multiple research networks.
