Leadership and professionalism curriculum incorporated in training program over the three years--one of the only ones like it in the nation. CHLA fellows round independently throughout the fellowship. Our program is designed to produce leaders in the field of PCCM through ample clinical experience, excellent research support, and specific curricula designed to improve leadership and professional skills.
