About This Program
The Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital Pediatric Residency Program offers an innovative LEAD the PACC curriculum that builds leadership and mentorship skills through didactic and experiential learning. Residents explore personal and professional growth in supportive learning communities while training at Florida's #1 children's hospital with Johns Hopkins resources, strong mentorship, and a close-knit, academic environment.
