-High volume of cases including cytology more than 50, 000 accessions, surgical around 100, 000 accessions. - -Hand-on training of fine needle aspiration procedure with ultrasound guidance. - -Double-scope case by case signout with faculty. - - Review of wide variety of classic and interesting cases from PD collection with fellow only, hosted by PD. - -Monthly cytology didactic lecture by faculty. - -Cytology unknown conferences with microscopic slide review biweekly by faculty and fellow. -
