Overview

The apheresis service provides over 650 therapeutic procedures per year. The American Red Cross Badger-Hawkeye region blood service, less than one mile away, provides experience in community blood banking and specialty services, including HLA platelet matching and immunohematology reference laboratory experience. Fellows receive $500 annual well-being benefit to use towards personal wellness. We offer a $75 one-time membership to UWH fitness facilities for the entirety of their training program.
