Overview

This program provides experience in all aspects of blood banking in a tertiary care hospital which houses a multi-organ transplant center, including bone marrow transplantation, a large hematology/oncology service and an extensive surgical program. The blood bank provides over 100,000 units of blood and components annually, and includes an AABB-accredited Reference Laboratory.
