About This Program
Our program follows a subspecialty sign out model, with anatomic and clinical pathology rotations evenly represented and equally rigorous. Our Clinical Laboratory Management rotation with the Chair is a unique opportunity. We offer ample elective time. We have over 120,000 surgical specimens, 200,000 cytology specimens, and over 1 million clinical laboratory tests per year. We have a large faculty group with subspecialty training. The hospitals are well staffed with Pathology Assistants.
