Overview

The department of pathology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock offers combined anatomic and clinical pathology training. A structured four-year core curriculum encourages increasing responsibility as residents gain experience and competence. There is ample opportunity for scholarly activities in all areas of the department. The department offers accredited fellowships in cytopathology, dermatopathology, hematopathology, and blood banking/transfusion medicine, as well as Chemical Pathology.
