Unique mentorship training model, 1:1 experience with attending. Learning opportunities include podcasts, surgical video atlas, anatomy lab dissections, journal clubs. Clinical, quality, and research presentations at multiple national meetings each year. Two 4-week elective to individualize learning experience, global health option. Night float as PGY2.
