About This Program
The University of Louisville Adult Reconstruction Fellowship offers high-volume exposure to primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty within a comprehensive academic training environment. Fellows participate in 10-15 surgical cases weekly, including complex revisions, osteotomies, malunions, and nonunions of the lower extremity. Training emphasizes continuity of care through extensive inpatient and outpatient experience, including dedicated Total Joint Clinics and multidisciplinary perioper
