Overview

The program's objective is to prepare a board-eligible orthopaedic surgeon for a career in arthroplasty surgery. Our fellowship is hands-on, and the responsibility is delegated based on demonstrating clinical and surgical maturity and expertise. The fellow will assume a significant role in the continuing care of patients and have progressive responsibility in patient assessment, preoperative evaluation, operative experience, and postoperative management and rehabilitation.
