Overview

Trainees receive an allowance in the sum of $8500, intended to offset the cost of living in Seattle. The allowance is included in the total compensation schedule which is paid out in each paycheck throughout the academic year. Fellows also have access to library resources, Network of Underrepresented Residents and Fellows (NURF), Resident & Fellow Physician Union - Northwest, Safe Ride Home program, Wellness Service: free confidential counseling, learning specialist and community-build events.
