Overview

The University of Minnesota has a large division (currently 11 gyn onc physicians) with a robust surgical and clinical experience. We rank nationally >90% in the number of complex cancer cases including bowel surgery, inguinal nodes, PA nodes, rad hysterectomy. Our patients population is very diverse given the large immigrant populations in the Mpls/St Paul area (E. Africa, SE Asia, Mexico). Off service rotations with rad onc, SICU, colorectal. Outstanding University research mentorship.
