Nassau University Medical Center Program
About This Program
1) All residents experience hands-on clinical practice from day one of residency, including office procedures, surgical procedures and deliveries. Most procedures are performed by junior residents, taught by senior residents, with direct attending supervision. 2) The annual curriculum is modified by direct resident feedback every year with minor adjustments during the year to improve new initiatives. Active resident participation is requested and valued.
