Our program combines the strengths of Florida State University College of Medicine with Lee Health's Cape Coral Hospital, offering a community-based, university-affiliated training environment. Residents care for a diverse patient population across Southwest Florida, gain early surgical exposure, participate in quality improvement and leadership projects, and benefit from close mentorship in a supportive, family-friendly community.
