Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Program
About This Program
Our lab has a number of ongoing validations, including another large solid tumor NGS panel (PGDx), a myeloid NGS panel, and digital droplet PCR, with plans for liquid biopsy in the near future. There's a number of internal rotations including genetics clinic, molecular microbiology, and cytogenomics,, as well as a virtual away rotation at LabCorp covering clinical genetics. We're also flexible to fit the interests of the fellow, and have a large pathology department with expertise in all areas.
