Join the ACGME-accredited Vascular Neurology Fellowship at UConn/Hartford HealthCare. Train at a top Comprehensive Stroke Center with diverse exposure to acute stroke care, imaging, neurosonology, rehab, and research. Fellows work alongside a robust team of neurology residents, APPs, neuro-interventional fellows, and faculty. Gain clinical, academic and research skills in a supportive, high-volume setting. Two positions per year. Prepare to excel in academic, community, or leadership roles.
