Overview

OSU houses one of the largest neuromuscular centers in the country, with specialized infrastructure such as inpatient plasmapheresis labs, outpatient infusion services, and ongoing gene therapy trials for ALS and SMA. - Fellows interpret >3,500 outpatient and ~250 inpatient EMG/NCS annually-delivering unparalleled procedural exposure . Training includes advanced techniques: autonomic testing, neuromuscular ultrasound, single-fiber EMG, muscle/nerve biopsy interpretation.
