About This Program
The UTHSC Neurosurgery Residency offers unparalleled training across 7 diverse sites, including a high-volume Level 1 trauma center. Our residents gain broad exposure to a wide-ranging patient population and pathology. Unique to our program is an optional 6-month international rotation, providing global neurosurgical experience. This depth and breadth of training prepares our graduates to lead with skill, compassion, and versatility.
