Overview

We offer three principal teaching sites: a major trauma center, an NCI-designated cancer center, and a busy community hospital. During the elective PGY-5 year, our residents may seek clinical or research fellowships at any institution they wish or can pursue a CAST-certified fellowship in neuro-critical care or in endovascular neurosurgery or conduct research within the many labs of the department or the graduate programs at Rutgers.
