Overview

Emory's Transplant Hepatology Fellowship provides superior clinical and research hepatology training. Upon completion of this one-year AASLD accredited fellowship, graduates will be competent in evaluating and managing liver transplant candidates and liver transplant recipients during the peri-operative and post-transplant period. In addition, they will also be competent in the care of patients with a variety of acute and chronic liver diseases, and managing complications of portal hypertension.
