Overview

All employees have immediate access to SupportLinc, our employee assistance - program. In addition, residents and fellows receive $500 annual well-being benefit - to use towards personal wellness. Access to UW Health fitness facilities at no cost - and/or a reduced rate for the entirety of training. Full time residents can take up to - six (6) weeks of paid parental leave following new child(ren) by birth, adoption, - fostering, or legal guardianship.
