Overview

The basic components of this ACGME-accredited fellowship include advanced training in diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology studies; management and consultation of inpatients with disorders of cardiac rhythm; placement and management of electrophysiology devices; and outpatient management of patients with heart rhythm disorders. Advanced training is possible in lead extraction, epicardial access and mapping, and left atrial appendage closure.
