Summa Health System/NEOMED Program
About This Program
We serve an urban population with a diversity in population and acuity. Our interventional faculty complete cases, not private groups. Fellows are exposed to complex PCI, high risk interventions, and CTOs. For structural, fellows complete TAVR, Mitaclip, PFO, ASD, and soon, Tricuspid interventions. There is moderate exposure to left atrial occluder devices and peripheral arterial disease. Lastly, there is pulmonary embolism, DVT work, and more novel procedures like Tricuspid valve debulking.
