About This Program
Interventional cardiology fellows graduate from our program with over 400 PCIs and over 70 STEMIs yearly as primary operators. We are a Level 1 STEMI center with many transfers for primary PCI due to our central geographic location. Many of these procedures are high risk and complex surgical turn down procedures as we are the only academic tertiary care center in mid-Missouri. Fellows are well trained in STEMI PCI, intracoronary imaging, hemodynamic support devices, atherectomy , bifurcation
