Overview

Our program develops leaders in geriatric medicine. The program prepares trainees for varied careers: physician/scientist, clinician/teacher, community leadership, long-term care/medical director, palliative care, hospitalist care. Trainees receive an allowance in the sum of $8500, intended to offset the cost of living in Seattle. Other benefits include: Network of Underrepresented Residents and Fellows (NURF), Wellness Service: free confidential counseling and community-building events, etc.
