About This Program
VCU Geriatrics stands out from other programs. We are fortunate to be the largest geriatric academic division in Virginia. With 17 geriatricians, several APP, social workers, and pharmacy staff help us deliver the best care possible. From our busy inpatient consult service to our nursing facility service there are multiple venues to learn from. We have a highly regarded home-based team, geriatric clinics, and hospital at home program. VCU is defining what modern geriatric care looks like.
