The Northwell Geriatric Medicine Fellowship is nestled within the largest integrated academic health system in the Northeast with 8 annual trainees. Its unique geographic location, straddling New York City and the Long Island suburbs, provides a socioeconomically diverse patient population with significant medical complexity. The program offers 20 different clinical rotations, giving fellows exposure to a variety of different care models and clinical experiences across the continuum of care.
