Our vision is the 5Cs: Compassion-we care for ourselves, our patients, and our colleagues while striving to improve healthcare for the most marginalized older adults. Clinical Skill -we focus on hands-on learning with balance of autonomy and support. Communication-fostered through workshops, scholarship and IDT leadership. Finally, we Cultivate a culture of belonging for all older adults throughout the Continuum of Care with our diverse educational sites (VA, University, County, PACE, hospice).
