The GW nephrology program has a robust critical care nephrology experience, extensive point of care ultrasound training through fellowship, the largest peritoneal dialysis program in the DC area, and a rapidly growing home dialysis program. Our fellows perform and interpret renal ultrasounds; we have dedicated clinics in Glomerular Diseases and Hypertension; and training in therapeutic apheresis. We encourage attendance of our fellows in major meetings such as ASN and NKF.
