George Washington University Program
About This Program
Fellows divide their time between the GWU Hospital & the DC VA Medical Center. Fellows learn through clinical rotations, the outpatient experience, a mentorship program, & a simulation skills lab. Fellows gain skills to perform diagnostic & therapeutic endoscopic procedures, to analyze video capsule endoscopy, & to interpret high-definition esophageal manometry. Upon completion, graduates are eligible for board certification & are well prepared for clinical practice, education, and research.
