MercyOne Des Moines Internal Medicine Residency is a community-based program affiliated with a Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. Residents train at Primary Health Care, serving underserved populations. The program offers inpatient and outpatient training, daily didactics, board review focus, simulation lab, and point-of-care ultrasound. Faculty are dedicated to education and mentorship in a supportive learning environment.
