About This Program

Our one-year ACGME-accredited and AST-certified Transplant Nephrology Fellowship offers comprehensive kidney and kidney-pancreas transplant training at Vanderbilt Health, a leading national transplant center performing >400 kidney transplants annually. Fellows spend six months as the primary inpatient transplant nephrology trainee, managing perioperative care, rejection, consults, and complex complications, followed by six months of outpatient and scholarly training in donor/recipient evaluation
